Well Brad got a 5d Mkii (check out his blog) and we were messing around with the full frame amazingness. This photo is on my crop camera at 15mm but 15 on full is redic. I liked the photo and am going to pursue shooting more backlite silhouette shots. Enjoy!
Here are some shots of the BATS Fashion Show I shot back on February 21, 2009. The lighting was terrible but I managed to get quite a few shots I enjoyed. The second problem was location. The stage was about 3 feet above me so I have to shoot up for all the shots. In retrospect I should have shot in the audience at eye level with the models with a zoom. Live and learn right! *I have lots of shots so if you participated and are interested in prints please contact me!

Tim ‘Fat Boy’ Heath poses with his granddaughter Akira Capo at Urbana’s Annual International Beer Tasting & Chili Cook-off on September 27, 2008. Tim has been working on his ‘Fat Boy’ chili recipe for three years and says it is his use of brown sugar that gives his chili a sweet taste.

These are some photos from the Illini scrimmage I shot with a fellow photog Dean (www.deanosaur.com) at Oak Park-River Forrest High School on Saturday April 11, 2009. The Scrimmage was fun, it was nice to shoot some football again after the long cold winter. The weather was gorgeous, i even got a little sunburn on my face! Enjoy and comeback to for updates!
